Description

Yuvraj Agrawal qualified from BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Nepal. He trained on the South Yorkshire Higher Surgical rotation and undertook advanced fellowship in Trauma at the Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham and an Adult Joint Reconstruction fellowship at University of British Columbia, Vancouver. He was appointed as a Locum Consultant in Orthopaedic Trauma & Lower Limb Arthroplasty at the Nottingham University Hospitals for 18 months. He currently works as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with interest in hip and knee revisions at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham.

He has been actively involved in various research projects and has been awarded various academic prizes and has authored a textbook chapter and articles in peer reviewed journals. He is keen teacher and has been a section editor for BOA-UKITE since 2014. He is an ATLS Instructor since 2016 and an invited faculty member on a number of national courses including the Chesterfield, Sheffield and Derby FRCS(Tr&Orth) Clinical Examination Course, Sherwood FRCS(Tr&Orth) Course and CollabORTHO Course for medical students.
