Terms of Service

Below are the terms and conditions for Postgraduate Orthopaedics (PGO).

 

  • Candidates must register online with www.postgraduateorthopaedics.co.uk where they can purchase a ticket to attend all or part of a course.
  • Please refer to our website for available ticket options.
  • Bookings cannot be made for the Viva and Clinical days alone. Candidates must book and attend for a minimum of six days to include the Viva and Clinical days.
  • A deposit must be paid using our online booking to secure a place on all or part of a course.
  • Final balances due must be paid within 30 days of final invoice being received.
  • Postgraduate Orthopaedics retains copyright of all course material delivered at the courses. Materials must not be copied without express written permission from PGO.
  • Access to most lectures will be given to all paying candidates through Dropbox. However, PGO cannot guarantee access to every lecture.
  • If you wish to cancel your course booking, you must notify PGO in writing. The written cancellation must be received by PGO no later than 30 days prior to the course date. A refund will be made less £35.00 administration fee. Any cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the course taking place will not be refunded.
  • Any bank charges incurred for international transfers will be paid for by the candidate.
  • Course fees will not be refunded due to non-attendance or part attendance on any course.
  • If you would like to change your course booking to different dates / venue, we must receive notification in writing no later than 30 days prior to the course start date.
  • If the course is cancelled by PGO for any reason, you will receive a full refund. However, please note PGO will not be liable for any travel and accommodation costs or other out of pocket expenses that you may incur should a cancellation take place.
  • PGO will provide food and beverages during the course. The candidate must ensure PGO are informed of any allergies/dietary requirements at least 30 days prior to course start date.
  • The programme issued for the course may change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or change the dates and the venue of any course without prior notification.
